Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom-cauliflower soup

0.13 g mushroom
165 g carrot
120 g cauliflower
120 g onion
250 ml vegetable broth
2 1/2 tbs olive oil
70 g Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured

Recipe Directions for Mushroom-cauliflower soup

  1. cut cauliflower and carrots into little pieces, boil them till very tender.

  2. While the vegetables are boiling, fry mushrooms and onion in a pan, with the olive oil.

  3. make 250 ml of vegetable broth in a pot.

  4. When all is ready, set to cool down for about thirty minutes.

  5. After its reasonable cool, process in food processor with the sour cream, in batches until smooth. save half of the onion-mushroom mix for putting in the soup as it is.

  6. put the soup back in a pot, and let it simmer for about ten minutes.

  7. Seasoning should be unnecessary, but if you'd like some pepper and salt, you can of course add that :)
