Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom and Carrot Loaf

1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp oil
100 g mushroom
1 tsp basil
3 cups carrot, grated
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Mushroom and Carrot Loaf

  1. fry onion and garlic in 1 tbsp of oil

  2. Add sliced mushrooms

  3. Put mixture in bowl. Add basil, carrot, cheese, breadcrumbs, milk and egg and mix mixture

  4. Put in greased loaf tin and cook for 40 minutes-ish
