Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom and Cannellini Paprikas

1 teaspoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 pound cremini mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup vegetable broth
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
1 teaspoon white vinegar
16 ounce Cannellini

Recipe Directions for Mushroom and Cannellini Paprikas

  1. Saute onions until slightly brown. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook until most of the moisture has been released.

  2. Add wine, broth, paprika, thyme. Bring heat to low boil and cook for 3 minutes. Rinse and drain beans, mush about 1/3 of them. Add beans and heat through. Serve with Scarlet Rice.
