Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom burgers

1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1/2 onion, large, minced
2 slices Bread, reduced calorie, wheat, finely diced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Mushroom burgers

  1. coat large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.

  2. add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir for about 4 mins, just until mushrooms begin to give up their juices.

  3. stir in bread cubes and oyster sauce, cook and stir 1 minute.

  4. Remove mixture from pan and set aside to cool. Wipe pan clean.

  5. beat egg and mix into mushroom mixture. season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.

  6. coat skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. spoon mixture into 3 equal amounts. brown one side, flip, and brown other. Serve.
