Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom burger

5 medium mushroom Portobello Mushrooms
2 leaf Lettuce, Iceberg
6 cherry Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving Cucumber, sliced
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar
3 grams Avocados

Recipe Directions for Mushroom burger

  1. Score mushroom, baste with balsamic and cook on high heat in a non stick fry pan for 6-10minutes.

  2. All other ingredients are raw and assemble like a burger incasing with lettuce leaves.
