3.5 fl. oz Crystal Farms All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1.044 oz First Street Natural Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.33 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella

Recipe Directions for Mushroom & Broccoli Frittata

pour 1/3 c of egg whites into skillet, let cook for a minute before adding your pre-cut veggies and cheese to the mix. Cover for a few minutes and when the cheese is melted it's done!
