Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom, bean and rice casserole

1/4 cup cooked wild rice
1/4 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup cooked white rice
1/3 cup white kidney beans
1/4 pound mushrooms
1/4 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons parmesan
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon butter

Recipe Directions for Mushroom, bean and rice casserole

  1. Precook rice.

  2. Sautee mushrooms in butter and olive oil til lightly browned.

  3. Mix ingredients together and put into a greased casserole dish.

  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour or until bubbly.
