all vegetables are chopped. mushrooms are coarsely chopped

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Barley soup

2.011 oz Beef Bouillon Concentrate
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.5 cup Pearled Barley
2 medium Carrots
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
2 clove Garlic
1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Barley soup

  1. in large pot, combine water, barley beef bouillon. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.

  2. Add carrots, celery, onion, potato, garlic and simmer for 30 minutes.

  3. Add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.
