Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom barley soup

1/4 cup margarine
1 large onion
3 carrots
3 stalks celery
12 cups water
12 Bouillon Cubes
1 lb mushrooms
1/2 cup uncooked barley
1 tsp dill

Recipe Directions for Mushroom barley soup

  1. melt margarine in large pot. Add onions, celery and carrots, saute until tender.

  2. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water, add to pot.

  3. Add mushrooms, barley and dill.

  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 hours.
