2 pounds mushrooms, mixed kinds
1 large onion
2 stalks celery
1 cup barley
12 cups water
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Mushroom barley soup

  1. saute onions, mushrooms, celery, garlic.

  2. Add liquid--water or stock.

  3. Cook till done--1 hour+
