Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Barley Soup

1 cup celery, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup onion, diced
3 cups mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cups Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
2/3 cup barley

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Barley Soup

  1. Sautee vegetables and olive oil for 10 minutes over medium heat

  2. Add chicken broth and barley, bring to a boil.

  3. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes
