So good. The worst thing is the butter but it's totally worth it.

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom and Barley Casserole

2.5 cup Barley, Pearled, Cooked
1.5 cup Mushrooms Sliced
2 oz Waterchestnuts
1 cup Onions
8 tbsp 67% Buttery Spread

Recipe Directions for Mushroom and Barley Casserole

Cut onion into rings and sautee with butter. Add barley and toast till brown ( don't burn). Add to casserole dish with canned mushrooms , waterchestnuts and 1 cup of chicken broth. 350 degrees. Bake til most of moisture is gone. About 30-40 minutes
