Recipe Ingredients for mushroom and barley casserole

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup Barley, Pearled
4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
10 sprigs Parsley
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for mushroom and barley casserole

saute onions and garlic in pam for about 5 minutes. Add mushrools until they sweat then all dall otehr ingedients and salt and pepper to taste. Cover with 3 cups of water and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or so, until barley is creamy.
