Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom & Asparagus Stir Fry with Chicken

2 serving Chicken
4 1/2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
186 grams Asparagus
268 grams Celery
178 grams Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
195 grams Onions
1 serving Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 tbsp Curry Powder
3 tsp Garlic
4 tsp Ginger Root
200 grams shrimp
3 cups of water

Recipe Directions for Mushroom & Asparagus Stir Fry with Chicken

  1. Chunk the onion, chicken, celery and mushrooms and add to wok.

  2. Add 2 cups of water, bouillon cube, garlic, ginger and curry.

  3. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and cook until veggies are tender crisp. You may have to add extra water if the dish gets too dry.

  5. Serve over rice or on its own.
