Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Asparagus Frittata

56 3/5 grams 6 Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese
6 large Egg, White
135 grams Asparagus
8 medium White Button Mushrooms Packaged
1 tbsp Butter
1 tablespoon Italian Parsley

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Asparagus Frittata

Chop up mushrooms and asparagus. Saute in 1-2 tsps butter. Meanwhile, mix 6 eggs plus shredded italian cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Add eggs to pan and stir. Cook until they just start to set on top. Sprinkle with parsley and then broil for 3-4 minutes until brown and fluffy.
