Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom & Artichoke Heart Sauce

4 serving Trader Joe's Frozen Artichoke Hearts
2 tbsp Butter
2 large Onions
1 tsp Salt, Table
16 oz Mushrooms
1/2 tsp, leaves Tarragon, Dried
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
12 oz Wine
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 oz Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
8 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried

Recipe Directions for Mushroom & Artichoke Heart Sauce

  1. Saute onions, garlic, mushroom in butter add tarragon and pepper

  2. Add wine and water

  3. Add artichoke hearts

  4. Turn up heart to boil, then sprinkle in flour

  5. add garlic and salt to taste

  6. serve with Parmesan and dash of dill
