Recipe Ingredients for mushoom rice

2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
454 2/5 grams Mushrooms
2.59 oz Sliced Panchetta Bacon
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup, diced Celery
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for mushoom rice

saute panchetta until crisp, remove from pan and drain fat. Add mushrooms and veg and saute until veg cooked and mushrooms golden. Add cooked rice and broth, season with herbs and lemon rind to taste.
