Recipe Ingredients for mush/pep/broc pasta

20 oz whole wheat spaghetti
6 oz brocolli
3 oz green bell pepper
8 mushrooms
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon grated parmesan
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons white wine

Recipe Directions for mush/pep/broc pasta

  1. (add pinch of salt each step)saute onions in olive oil, add garlic.

  2. add bell pepper, mushrooms and a little more olive oil, cook until soft. season with basil, oregano, red pepper flakes.

  3. add small amount butter to veggies, stir then add white wine and simmer 3-6 minutes.

  4. meanwhile boil salted water, add pasta, then add brocolli pieces half way through.

  5. drain pasta and mix with veggies, stir in small amount grated parmesan cheese
