1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup cashews
1 cup coconut
1 cup oats
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup sultanas
100 g butter
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp honey

  1. toast dry ingredients, cool, mix in fruit

  2. heat butter, sugar and honey and bring to boil stir for a few minutes.
