Lovely breakfast recipe. I make this up and put it in a big air tight container for the week.

Recipe Ingredients for Museli/Porridge

210 g Oats
90 g Wheat Bran
90 g Sliced Almonds
60 g Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
2 tsp Wheat Germ

Recipe Directions for Museli/Porridge

  1. mix ingredients in a large container

  2. I like to use it as porridge and mix 3/4 cup with a little sweetner and skimmed milk and microwave for 2 mins
