1 cup fresh coriander
200 grams shrimp
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Munggo Ilonggo

  1. Boil mung beans until tender

  2. Saute onion and garlic in small oil

  3. add Mung beans

  4. add 2 cups water

  5. simmer for 2 minutes

  6. add shimp

  7. simmer for another minute

  8. add coriander

  9. salt to taste
