Recipe Ingredients for Mung & tomato soup

1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp mung bean
2 tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 onion
1 tsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Mung & tomato soup

  1. heat the oil in a pressure cooker

  2. add finely chopped onions

  3. fry till golden

  4. add skinned tomatoes

  5. heat till bubbling

  6. add curry powder

  7. add mund bean

  8. add 1.5 cup water

  9. let it boil till mung is cooked

  10. puree the cooked mass and dilute to make 2 cups soup
