Recipe Ingredients for Mung daal

1/2 cup lentils, yellow
1 tsp garlic, paste
1 salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic, chopped
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Mung daal

  1. Pressure cook all ingredients together except chopped garlic and oil.

  2. When cooked, open lid.

  3. Heat oil seperately and fry garlic in it until golden. Temper cooked daal with this oil.
