Recipe Ingredients for Mung beans-Brown rice Pilav from Olga's Healthy Choice

1 cup brown rice
2 cup mung beans
1 onion
1 tbsp raisin
1 tbsp nuts
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp honey
3 cups water
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Mung beans-Brown rice Pilav from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. In a pan lightly roast chopped onions with spices then add rice. Add 3 cups of water and cook the rice. Then add pre-boiled and drained mung beans. Bring to a good mix.
