Recipe Ingredients for Mung Bean, Mushroom and Vegetable Stew.

1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Mung Bean, Mushroom and Vegetable Stew.

  1. Chop onions and crush garlic.

  2. Fry until transparent in oil.

  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft. Sprinkle with a little salt so that the mushrooms release their juice.

  4. Chop all vegetables and then add to pot.

  5. Cover with water and simmer until vegies are tender.

  6. Thicken with cornflour blended with a little water.
