Recipe Ingredients for Mum's Carrots and onions

200 grams Carrots
1 small Onions
5 grams Olive Oil
1 grams Rosemary
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Mum's Carrots and onions

Chop onion and carrot into strips. Fry the onion in a little oil. Add rosemary and seasoning... My mother would put in a teaspoon of sugar, too- but I am trying to cut it out. When the onions have sweated a bit, and are starting to brown a little, add the carrots and stir, let it fry for about a minute or two longer. Add water to cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or according to taste. Serve.
