Recipe Ingredients for Multigrain Overnight Bread

2 c all purpose flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp yeast
2 T brown sugar
1 T honey
2 T flax seed
1/4 c Oat Bran Hot Cereal
2/3 c oatmeal
2 c water

Recipe Directions for Multigrain Overnight Bread

  1. Day 1 mix dry ingr. well. Add wet and stir til mixed. Cover with plastic for 18 hrs, or or overnight.

  2. Day 2 flour counter, dump out and

  3. Let it rest 15 mins

  4. fold once or twice, put cornmeal on 2 towels, and place dough on one, cover with other one

  5. Let it raise for 2 hrs

  6. at 1 hr 45 min, heat oven and dutch oven

  7. Sprinkle some cornmeal into pan, and carefully place seam up inside. Cover and Bake for 25-30 min, can remove lid and add 5 - 15 min longer if desired.
