My own developed multi-grain bread recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Multigrain bread

2 c. wheat flour, whole grain
1 1/4 c. oats (grind half)
1/2 c. bread flour
1 c. water
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. applesauce, unsweetened
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 c. flaxseed (ground)
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. Vital Wheat Gluten
1 tbsp. honey
1 t. salt
1 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. raisins

Recipe Directions for Multigrain bread

Using bread maker, add wets, then dries. Run on dough cycle. Knead in raisins. Let rise 1 hr. bake 350 for 30 min.
