Recipe Ingredients for Multigrain Bread

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cups bread flour
1/3 cup flax seed
1/3 cup oat bran
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/3 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp gluten
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup water (115 degrees F)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp oil
