Recipe Ingredients for Multigrain Blueberry muffins

2 cups spelt flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/3 cup flax seeds
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup rice milk
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
2 cups blueberries

Recipe Directions for Multigrain Blueberry muffins

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. whisk all dry ingredients except blueberries

  3. whisk all wet ingredients

  4. mix wet and dry ingredients

  5. stir in blueberries

  6. fill muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes
