Whole Wheat flour, oatmeal, wheat germ, and flaxseed meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Multigrain Banana Walnut Crepes

1/4 cup fat free yogurt, plain
1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 T rolled oats, ground
2 T wheat germ, raw
1 T flaxseed meal
2 egg whites
2 T fat free milk
1 banana, medium (sliced)
2 t honey
1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
2 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Multigrain Banana Walnut Crepes

  1. Directions

  2. Heat nonsitck 8" skillet to medium. Wipe with paper toewel dipped in olive oil, or cooking spray.

  3. Mix all ingredients, through milk, in blender.

  4. Pour approx 1/4 cup into hot skillet, and cook until bubbles form and slightly dry ( 1 /12 to 2 minutes)

  5. Flip. Cook approx 1 minute more.

  6. Place on plate.

  7. Divide banana slices and walnuts equally among the crepes.

  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon ( approx 1/2 teaspoon each, or less).

  9. Drizzle honey over fruit, nuts, and cinnamon ( approx 1/2 teaspoon each.

  10. Fold in half, and serve.
