Recipe Ingredients for Multigrain banana-strawberry muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups mashed bananas
6 egg whites
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 teaspoon honey
1 cup chopped strawberries

Recipe Directions for Multigrain banana-strawberry muffins

  1. 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. 2) In a large bowl mix together whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder.

  3. 3) In seperate bowl mix together egg white, milk, bananas, and honey.

  4. 4) Mix banana mixture into flour mixture until smooth.

  5. 5) Fold in strawberries

  6. 6) spoon into lightly sparyed muffin pan till 2/3 full

  7. 7) Bake for 16 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean after inserted into middle of a muffin
