1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.25 tsp Sugars, Granulated
4 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Whole Milk
3 medium Egg, Whole
5 tbsp Butter
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Multi-Purpose Batter

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.

  2. Mix in wet ingredients (have butter melted)

  3. Combine well. Use as needed. 1 serving= 1/3 cup
