use 7 grain cereal or steel cut oats

Recipe Ingredients for multi grain whole corn muffins

1 cup spelt flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup steel cut oats
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/3 cup applesauce
2/3 cup milk
1 cup corn
1 ounce low-fat cheddar cheese
2 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for multi grain whole corn muffins

  1. mix dry

  2. grate cheese, mix wet including corn.

  3. combine all til just mixed

  4. oven 375

  5. 25 minutes in 6 large muffin tin

  6. probably 15 min for the 12 cup muffin tin size.
