Recipe Ingredients for Multi grain pasta with tomatoes and chix

8 oz Barilla multi grain pasta
3 med tomatoes
6 basil leaves
6 oz chicken breast
3 tblsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Multi grain pasta with tomatoes and chix

  1. lightly coat chicken with olive oil, basil and pepper and grill till done. dice into pieces, set aside

  2. Saute garlic with olive oil

  3. add chopped tomoatoes

  4. boil pasta until al dente, reserving 1 cup water

  5. add pasta, chicken and basil to tomoatoes mixture with reserved water as needed. cook for 15 min.
