Recipe Ingredients for Multi-Grain Muffins

3/4 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. oats
3 tbsp. wheat germ
3 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. 2% milk
1/4 c. canola oil
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Multi-Grain Muffins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tins with Pam spray. In large bowl, beat milk, oil, and egg until blended. Stir into flour mixture just until moistened (will be lumpy). Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
