Recipe Ingredients for MULTI-GRAIN HIGH FIBER BREAD

2 2/3 cups whole wheat flour (14 1/4 ounces/403 grams)
6 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Whey Low Type D Granules
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 tsp instant yeast
2 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp canola oil
1 cup Organic Cracked Wheat
1 tbsp flax meal
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup rye
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup spelt
1 tbsp Poppy seeds
30 approx 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
2 tsp salt
