Recipe Ingredients for Multi-Grain Fried Rice with Pork

3 cloves Garlic
0.5 1tsp Rice Bran Oil
1 oz Bean Sprouts (In Water)
0.01 serving Liquid Aminos
3 tbsp Carrots
0.5 cup Long Beans (Dow Gok)
1 eggs Egg, Scrambled
0.5 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Chops), Boneless
0.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
0.3 cup, sliced Onions

Recipe Directions for Multi-Grain Fried Rice with Pork

  1. Cook the rice first, in a rice cooker. (this should take about 10-20 minutes, depending on how advanced your machinery is)

  2. While waiting for the rice, prepare your other ingredients.

  3. Heat the oil (of choice) in a wok until you see steam.

  4. Saute the garlic and onion, for 20 seconds or until you see it cooked.

  5. Separate the garlic and onion (to prevent over-fry)

  6. Fry the meat, until it's nearly cooked.

  7. Throw in the vegetables, with the garlic and onion again.

  8. Throw in rice after 30 seconds of cooking meat and vegetables.

  9. Throw in eggs.
