173 g apple
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for multi grain cooked cereal with apple

  1. Chop apple. Place all ingredients in a lidded pot bring to a full boil then reduce heat to minimum and cook about 30 minutes. Serve with milk.

  2. Can be refrigerated and reheated in microwave.
