Recipe Ingredients for Multi Grain Banana Oat Muffins

1 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup apple sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1 banana, chopped

Recipe Directions for Multi Grain Banana Oat Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix together the first five ingredients.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.

  4. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry and put into a twelve cup muffin pan.
