Blueberry, Raspberry, and Walnut Muffin

Recipe Ingredients for Multi-berry Nut Muffin

1/4 cup all purpose Flour
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
5/8 cup splenda
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup blueberries, fresh
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 medium bananas, mashed
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp applesauce
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup skim milk
122 1/2 grams
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Multi-berry Nut Muffin

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Mix wet ingredients

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  4. Spray Pam Baking over muffin pan and paper muffin cups

  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix until no dry spots, will be lumpy

  6. Bake for 22-25 minutes
