Recipe Ingredients for Multi Bean Soup

3 1/2 cups black beans, canned
3 1/2 cups white beans, canned
1 cup dry split peas
3 carrots
1 red bell pepper
3 stalks celery
1 cup kale
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped

Recipe Directions for Multi Bean Soup

  1. Soak Lentils overnight (any beans can be used, 15-bean dry mix is great)

  2. Add all ingredients to crock pot.

  3. Cook on low 6-8 hrs.

  4. Add desired spices. Suggest cumin, chili powder, red pepper, turmeric, etc.
