Substitute Aspen Mulling spices for the cinnamon

Recipe Ingredients for Mulling Muffins

2 egg whites
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup applesauce
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Mulling Muffins

  1. Mix the first six ingredients, than add:

  2. flour, baking powder and rolled oats.

  3. Bake 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes; check and bake longer if nexessary.
