Great on a cold winters night in front of the fire

Recipe Ingredients for Mulled wine

750 grams Wine, Table, Red
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
182 grams Apples
2 tbsp Orange Peel
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Mulled wine

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan - apart from the wine. Bring to the boil and boil for 5 mins, allow to simmer for 10.

  2. Add wine and simmer for another 5 mins.

  3. Strain and serve straight away.

  4. Can be reheated if any left
