Recipe Ingredients for Muffkies

1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cups toasted wheat germ
1 cup oats
1 cup walnuts
1 1/2 cups banana
1 1/2 cups applesauce
3 egg whites
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Muffkies

Combine dry ingredients. Fold egg whites into bananas. Add dry ingredients and raisins. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes
