Recipe Ingredients for muffins

3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup soy milk
60 g banana
65 g unsweetened applesauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
91 g blueberries

Recipe Directions for muffins

mix all dry ingredients in 1 bowl, mix all wet ingredients in another. Fill muffin cups, bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
