whole wheat, wheat germ, oat bran

Recipe Ingredients for muffins

1 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 c ground walnuts
0.62 cups wheat germ
30 grams wheat bran
1 cup Plain
1/4 cups applesauce
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup water
2 tbs molasses

Recipe Directions for muffins

  1. Combine flour, bran, and germ.

  2. Grind flax, add water, then applesauce. sweetener, and kefir.

  3. Add wet to dry. Ferment up to 24 hours.

  4. Add salt. cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder.

  5. Bake 20 minutes @ 375.
