Plain muffins...I added some cinnamon to flavor them a bit. Would add more cinnamon and sugar next time, I think. Add whatever flavoring you like!!

Recipe Ingredients for Muffins

1.75 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.33 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 egg Organic Eggs
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Muffins

Mix dry ingredients together first, then mix wet ones in a separate bowl. Add the wet to the dry and mix (do not over mix). Scoop batter into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
