This recipe came on the 10 grain cereal bag. This is the way I prepared it, using what I had in my kitchen. I imagine the nutritional grade would be higher if the system knew it is baked, and the custom food thing worked properly.

Recipe Ingredients for muffins

3/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
3/4 cup 10 Grain Hot Cereal
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Banana
1/2 cup of vanilla Yogurt
1 Whole Egg
2 tbsp soybean Oil
3 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup shredded Carrot
1/2 cup of chopped Dates

Recipe Directions for muffins

  1. Gently mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls.

  2. Combine wet & dry, being careful not to over-mix.

  3. Full lightly greased muffin tins (or ungreased paper cups) 2/3 full.

  4. Bake at 400F until muffin-tops spring back from a light touch.
