Makes 12 servings



Basic low fat muffin recipe. You can add whatever you want - fruit, nuts, spices, etc

Recipe Ingredients for muffins

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar blend
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz Dannon light n' fit yogurt
2/3 c. almond breeze, unsweetened
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for muffins

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients.

  2. Stir in yogurt and almond breeze, blending until dry ingredients are moistened.

  3. Fill paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until brown.
